You can permanently delete your Codalingo account and the personal data associated with it. You do not need to reinstall the app to do this.

Option 1 — Delete inside the app (fastest)

1. Open Codalingo and go to Profile → Account.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion here

If you can’t access the app, email us from the address linked to your account and we’ll process it:

What gets deleted

Deleted	May be retained briefly
Profile (name, email, phone), learning progress, streaks, settings, account identifiers, push token	Limited records required for security, fraud prevention, tax, or legal compliance — then deleted

We complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request. Subscriptions are billed by Google Play or Apple — to stop future charges, also cancel the subscription in your store account.
